Specification Working Groups - Technical groups specifically chartered to define detailed architectures and draft technical specifications.

Expert Working Groups - Technical groups specifically chartered to investigate new areas of technology, address industry and market viewpoints and provide domain-specific knowledge not directly tied to a single specification effort.
