Dublin; Ireland - March 25, 2002, Macalla Software, Europes leading provider of proven mobile e-Commerce platforms and applications, and Quinary SpA, the leading Italian technology services organisation and part of the Tiscali group, have signed an agreement aimed at winning significant mobile e-Commerce contracts in Italy. Having a large portfolio of existing financial services and mobile operator customers, Quinary has identified a series of opportunities where there is demand for the combination of Macallas widely deployed mobile e-Commerce solutions and Quinarys systems integration and support expertise. This collaboration has already resulted in a number of mobile e-Commerce opportunities that are currently being pursued.

Patrick Kinsella, Director of International Channels, Macalla Software explains, The Macalla Mobile e-Commerce Platform and associated suite of applications have built up a significant pedigree and reputation within the financial services and mobile operator communities. Combining this reputation with such a well-known and highly regarded technology services organisation such as Quinary in Italy, will deepen Macallas market penetration in Europe.

Ettore Decio, Strategy Director, Quinary went on to say, Quinary has a requirement for superior proven mobile e-Commerce solutions based upon a strong revenue generating model. We are already in discussions with a number of parties interested in engaging jointly with Quinary and Macalla Software and we expect to make these announcements in due course.
