Among 10 000 applicants Scott Goldman CEO, WAP Forum announced his own choice for this award to Webraska a winner in his opinion.
Jean-Michel Durocher co-founded Webraska in Poissy, France, with Thierry Dumort in July 1998 with the aim of turning mobile Internet devices into worldwide personal navigation co-pilots, enhancing location based services with optimised door-to-door directions and street-level mapping based on shortest journey-time.
