STELTOR POISED TO DOMINATE TIME MANAGEMENT COMMUNICATIONS

Montreal, Canada October 19, 2000 Effective Monday, October 23, Corporate Software and Technologies (CS&T)/Lexacom is changing its name to Steltor. The new brand identity, developed in collaboration with Nolin Branding and Design, features a logo in the form of a stylized chameleon. This coincides with a change of address for Steltors 135 employees to new offices at 2000 Peel St. in downtown Montreal.

Weve captured all of the dynamic, inventive qualities of our company in our new brand, said Marten den Haring, Steltor Vice-President, Marketing. Our chameleon logo, representing one of the most adaptable and responsive of all creatures, is a fitting symbol for us. As well, our name is evocative of the word stellar, indicating both the excellence of our products and the historical role of the heavens in measuring time.

With its new corporate identity, Steltor will focus on establishing itself as the leader in time management communications for service providers and enterprises, building upon its success in corporate and educational markets worldwide. These new markets have fueled the companys recent and ongoing expansion.

Our new headquarters and identity signal the beginning of an exciting new phase in our companys growth, said Steltors President and CEO, André Courtemanche. Our mission to define and dominate time management communications will change the way we think about time and place in the information age.
